Uff-da! Wow! What a life you've had...and how blessed we are that you share it with us! It was exciting to be able to zoom into your letter to Charles Schultz and his reply to you! I was privileged after writing to the English vet James Herriot to receive a reply, all be it a form letter but was glad he had read my note to him! Love hearing Walter's comments (did I ever tell you Walter was my father's name?!)...let alone the great bird pics!!
WoW! I really enjoyed seeing your correspondence with Charles Schultz. What A trill it must have been to receive his letter! So sweet of little Walter to bring a fork lift for you to help. He will be a great member of society someday. I am a few weeks early, but Happy Birthday, Laura!
Wait, so Woodstock used to be a girl because she was Snoopy's secretary?!! I do wish he had used his imagination to give you answers to all of your (great) questions!
Yeah--I did a program once about how "one dark and stormy night" Woodstock had to undergo a sex-change operation because it was the only way to have Snoopy's friendship. ;-)

I love this article, Laura , and loved being reminded about the uplifting forklift that Walter brought you. You are such a good egg! Carry on!

🤣 Schulz’s insistence that Woodstock was a female because “she” originally was Snoopy’s secretary sure does peg the generation he’s from!! 🤦🏻♂️
